DINING

4 Course Meal Experience

At Lakeway Copperleaf Homestead, every lunch and dinner is a four-course fine dining experience. Each meal is thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented. It begins with a seasonal appetizer and continues with a fresh, house-made soup or salad. The entrée is carefully prepared, and the meal ends with a delightful dessert. We believe mealtime should be something to look forward to. It brings comfort, elegance, and joy to each day.

Culinary Variety

Over 150 Selections On Our Menu

At Lakeway Copperleaf Homestead, meals are prepared with comfort and care. Our residents enjoy the foods they grew up with—roast chicken, pot roast with vegetables, homemade casseroles, biscuits and gravy, fresh-baked pies, and other timeless favorites. Every dish is designed to feel familiar, nourishing, and satisfying.

We also honor each resident’s unique needs. Whether you follow a low-sodium diet, manage diabetes, or prefer lighter meals, our kitchen team adjusts recipes to support health while keeping flavor at the center. In addition, we welcome requests and family recipes, because dining should feel personal and warm.

Food here is more than a daily routine. It is a way to bring people together, spark joy, and create a true sense of home.

Love and Passion of Culinary

Yang Wang

Culinary Director & Co-Founder

Yang Wang brings a lifelong passion for cooking and hospitality to Lakeway Copperleaf Homestead. With more than a decade of experience running a well-loved cooking program in Austin, she combines tradition, artistry, and care in every dish.

Her culinary journey began in her mother’s kitchen in southern China, where she learned the value of fresh ingredients and home cooking. She later trained at the Michelin three-star restaurant Xin Rong Ji. There, she refined her skills in fine dining and elegant presentation.

After moving to the United States, Yang embraced American food traditions. Over the past ten years, she has blended her professional training with a love for the comforting classics residents know best—roast chicken, homemade soups, casseroles, fresh-baked pies, and more. She believes these familiar dishes not only nourish the body but also bring back warm memories of family and home.

At Copperleaf, Yang curates a dining experience that feels elevated yet personal. Most of all, she finds joy in seeing residents light up at the table. For her, food is more than nourishment—it is comfort, connection, and a daily celebration of life.
